Position Summary

communications, manage and track vital donor information, and develop and expand
stewardship strategies to this role.
Primary Responsibilities
Under the general supervision of the Director of Stewardship for UCLA Law, the Assistant Director of Stewardship will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day activities that ensure timely, smooth and accurate implementation of our stewardship program. You will develop and manage the production of meaningful narrative and video impact reports for UCLA Law’s donors at all giving levels. As a skilled writer, you will work with our Director to develop a wide range of compelling donor-driven materials and write about a variety of UCLA Law’s research and topics in a style that is understandable and exciting to a lay audience. As our Assistant Director, you will be deadline-driven and produce accurate and engaging materials quickly. You will collaborate with a diverse group of internal constituents, which may include faculty, executive staff, directors, financial aid, admissions, student affairs, business and finance staff, to facilitate the appropriate stewardship activities with an emphasis on stewarding scholarship and fellowship donors. In addition, you will serve as a UCLA Law contact for donors that require help to resolve problems, answer questions and address concerns.
